Computistic Texts in Didactic Manuscripts

During the conference Cluster, Réseaux et Système. Quelles possibilités interprétatives pour la tradition manuscrite du Moyen Age roman? at the University of Lausanne, Matteo Cesena and Marta Milazzo presented a contribution, in which they aimed to investigate, within the MeRMAID research corpus, the circulation of computistic texts in order to better specify their forms and functions, because time calculation appears to be particularly a fruitful and transversal theme in the didactic miscellanies. Therefore, it is proposed the study of specific textual circulations and constellations, which in more than one case seem to lead to the emergence of networks and actual clusters.
